About the role

We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Napier-based team. In this role, you’ll help keep our finance operations running smoothly, ensuring payments are processed on time, invoices are accurate, and customer and supplier accounts are well looked after.

You’ll support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, from daily bank reconciliations and payment processing to invoice approvals, customer refunds, and finance-related queries. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our monthly billing cycle, managing our finance case queue, and making sure things are squared away with accuracy and care.

You’ll also play a part in shaping a smooth-running, well-supported workplace, because when admin flows well, so does everything else. In addition, you will actively participate in other areas of the business enabling others as the business continues to grow.

About you

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers and systems. You like things to be tidy and accurate, and you’re the type of person who spots errors before they become problems. You bring a strong service mindset, because even in Finance, customer experience matters.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

· Experience in finance admin, office support, or payroll

· Confident using Excel and picking up new systems

· A knack for keeping things accurate and on time

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· A high level of professionalism, especially with confidential information

Experience with accounting software and/or Salesforce would be a bonus, but what matters most is your mindset and work ethic – if you have both, and are either experienced or in the early stages of your career, we are happy to talk!
