We are looking for chefs to join our well-established kitchen team at The Chequers Inn.

Across our venues, our menus are varied but deliver, fresh, seasonal home-cooked food. We hold a license for civil ceremonies, and we are perfect for formal dining events. But we also offer a relaxed high quality pub environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
* Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
* Follow instructions and meet deadlines set by managers.
* Continuously develop culinary skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
