Contracts Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
HRGO is supporting an Ashford-based client in their search for a Contracts Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a wonderful team and business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, review, and evaluate contract proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
2. Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation through completion.
3. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
4. Maintain accurate and organised contract records and databases for easy retrieval and reference.
5. Conduct analyses of contractual terms to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience with contract administration is preferred but not essential.
* Willingness to undertake complex training.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
