We are seeking a Chef de Parties
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week including weekends, various shifts, 40 weeks per year
Salary: Up to c £28000
A vacancy has arisen for a Chef de Parties who will work closely with, and report to, the Head Chef and the Sous Chefs, with all aspects of the Kitchen operation and help with the supervision of duties, as well as assuming control of the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
This role calls for a hardworking, Flexible individual, who works quickly and calmly under pressure and can manage their own workload. All those working in our kitchens must work with safety, health and welfare in mind at all times.
The successful candidate should have City & Guilds 706/ Levels 1 & 2, NVQ Levels 1 & NVQ Levels 2 equivalent, and Food Hygiene Certificate, with 2 years’ Experience in a similar role.
