The Role: Parts Sales Advisor
This is a dynamic, customer-focused position where telesales and relationship building are central. Youll be the go-to expert for customers seeking parts, advice, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers in Dutch
* Handling orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
* Managing after-sales queries and supporting the service team
* Preparing estimates when required
* Prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining customer accounts
* Answering enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Assisting with inventory checks
* Maintaining strong relationships with workshops and service advisors
* Making outbound calls and engaging in cold acquisition
* Occasionally attending car shows or business trips to meet clients
