About the Role: As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, including communication, horticulture, and digital skills. Your role is to maintain a positive, structured learning environment and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. You'll work closely with specialist SEN teachers and support staff to ensure that every learner feels understood, supported, and actively engaged in their learning.
