Job Title: CNC Machinist - Mill/Turn Salary: Competitive Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Permanent Salary: £42,000 16.5% shift uplift for AM/PM shift The Role – CNC Machinist Join our leading aerospace client’s team in Wolverhampton and contribute to cutting-edge NPI projects. As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a key role in machining complex components for advanced aircraft systems, working in a collaborative and innovative environment. This is a day shift role, likely moving to a Double-Day shift in the during 2026. Duties – CNC Machinist Set up, operate, and manage a variety of Mazak CNC machines including mill/turncapability. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support NPI programs Conduct first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks Machine components to extremely tight tolerances. Select and optimize tooling and machining parameters Troubleshoot machining issues, adjusting programs or set-ups to maintain production quality and flow. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Background – CNC Machinist Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
