Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client team. The role would suit a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in Private Client work.Benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
* Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Estate planning and Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
* Deeds of Variation
* Probate and estate administration, including IHT400 accounts
* Financial management of clients’ affairs where the firm acts as Attorney/Deputy
* Court of Protection applications
Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role
