Wayman Education is recruiting for a fantastic Primary School and Nursery and has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Classroom Teacher with a vision for exceptional education to join their Key Stage 1 team as Year 1 Teacher. They are looking to appoint a candidate with a proven track record of raising educational standards and inspirational teaching and learning in Key Stage 1, alongside a commitment to engage positively with pupils, staff, and the local community.

Salary
The salary for this position will be paid to scale.
Minimum Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Experience teaching primary school students, ideally in KS1
* A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
* A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
* Good behaviour management skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Enhanced DBS check and professional references
