Salary
£33,513 - £35,219 (DOE, includes Sleep In Bonus)
£14.67 - £15.49 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
In this role you will join an experienced and supportive team within a fully equipped setting and share the unified goal to actively enable each child and young person in our care to achieve their personal best. You will support their safe care, monitor and document their progress in an electronic care recording system, and contribute to a person‑centred approach across all service interactions.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person‑centred approach, and enthusiasm.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Provide at least two references covering the past two years and reference information for all positions related to working with children and vulnerable individuals, with employment history from full‑time education.
* Experience or ability to use an electronic care recording system daily; experience with Clearcare is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Comfortable using digital systems as part of day‑to‑day responsibilities.
