We are seeking an Area Manager to join a dynamic Fulfillment Center. As the main team leader in your FC—covering receive, stow, pick, pack or ship—you will ensure smooth workflows and exceed customer expectations. You will lead 80‑120 associates, drive training and integration, motivate progress, and maintain critical metric targets.
Key Responsibilities

* Maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
* Experience working effectively across cross‑functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels.
* Experience managing, motivating, and influencing team behaviors.
* Demonstrated problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
* Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance and respond urgently to high‑priority situations.
* Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
