This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for long-term stability, career development, and the chance to work on specialist components within a respected industry.The RoleAs a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality drill components and precision-engineered parts. You will work from technical drawings, ensure quality standards are maintained, and contribute to the efficient running of the workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, setting, and operating CNC machinesReading and interpreting engineering drawingsSetting up and running production jobsThreading and machining steel componentsProducing precision drill parts to specificationMaintaining quality and safety standardsRequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience operating and programming CNC machinesNVQ Level 3 in CNC Machining/Programming or equivalentAbility to read technical engineering drawingsFanuc experience would be advantageous but is not essentialFull UK driving licenceRight to work in the UKBased within commuting distance of Mansfield/NottinghamshireIf you are a motivated CNC professional looking to join a successful engineering business, we would like to hear from you.
