What You’ll Be Doing You’ll spend your time learning by doing and building your skills through professional training. * Hands-on product learning - start in the warehouse to handle stock, learn its features, and understand how it solves customer problems. * Customer-facing sales work - serve customers at the trade counter and by phone, developing your communication and selling skills. * Cross-team shadowing - experience different functions, from the Commercial Team to the Service Centre, to see the full business picture. * Account management - once you’re delivering consistent results, take ownership of your own accounts and grow your portfolio. * Off-site sales training - gain professional, industry-recognised skills through structured courses alongside your in-site experience. * Events & networking - attend supplier trade days, customer breakfasts, and industry events.
