MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As the Shared Services Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the Security and Cleaning teams at a high-profile Shopping Centre in Worcester. We seek candidates with relevant experience and a good understanding of security and cleaning systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage contract delivery according to company policies.
2. Oversee all aspects of colleagues' management, including training, health & safety, development, and welfare.
3. Ensure all security licenses and vetting are current.
4. Build and maintain a skilled and diverse team with necessary tools.
5. Manage budgets and monitor expenditure.
6. Maintain high standards, adapt to operational needs, and suggest improvements.
7. Provide professional support to the business and client.
8. Control staff rosters, payroll, and staffing levels, ensuring compliance.
9. Manage absence, holiday, sickness, and leave records.
10. Conduct daily audits for cleanliness and safety.
11. Handle recruitment, training, and staff development.
12. Ensure staff competence and adherence to KPIs/SLA standards.
13. Conduct quality audits aligned with ISO9001 standards.
14. Identify training needs and plan accordingly.
15. Prioritize incidents and keep stakeholders informed.
16. Ensure data protection compliance.
17. Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication.
18. Complete performance reviews, toolbox talks, and training records.
19. Supervise night/PM activities and manage incident reporting.
20. Update assignment instructions and risk assessments.
21. Complete necessary documentation and conduct return-to-work interviews.
22. Ensure duties are performed correctly and timely, maintaining standards.
23. Support environmental objectives.
24. Manage maintenance and equipment safety, reporting faults promptly.
25. Use chemicals safely, complying with COSHH regulations.
26. Adhere to health and safety policies.
27. Ensure sufficient staffing and equipment for events.
28. Maintain communication and engagement with the team.
29. Address welfare needs promptly.
30. Foster relationships with all site parties and promote a team approach.
31. Manage expenditures transparently with client approval.
32. Meet administrative requirements and attend management meetings.
33. Promote ABM and client brands.
34. Perform any other duties as required.
Person Specification:

* Proficiency in Outlook and Word.
* Time management skills.
* SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licenses are desirable.
