We're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to help shape, document and continuously improve our end to end business processes. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will work across technology, operations, compliance and commercial teams, playing a central role in making sure how we operate is clear, scalable and efficient as the business continues to grow.

Position
Map and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for internal platforms and systems
Produce high quality artefacts including process maps, user journeys, functional specs and acceptance criteria
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure processes are practical, scalable and compliant
Support the prioritisation of platform and process enhancements based on business value, risk, and effort
Act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
Help embed regulatory and compliance requirements into day-to-day operational workflows
Support the rollout of new processes, tools and ways of working, helping teams move from tribal knowledge to documented, repeatable practices
Track outcomes of changes and recommended further refinements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, operational or multi-stakeholder environments
Strong process mapping and documentation skills, with the ability to produce, clear, actionable deliverables
Comfortable working across both systems and people-driven workflows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, facilitate and present to technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
Experience in energy, utilities or regulated industries highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM platforms, workflow tools or pricing engines is a plus
