Base pay range
We are looking for a highly ambitious Head of Marketing to lead our multi-disciplinary marketing team and drive the next phase of growth across our core deal platform, venues and major events businesses. You will work in an entrepreneurial culture alongside our senior leadership and report directly to the CEO.

Based full-time in our Glasgow city centre HQ, on a salary of £70k - £80k, plus a range of fantastic benefits.
What You’ll Do
Team leadership & execution
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team, setting high standards, driving day-to-day execution and embedding a creative, data-led, people-first culture.
Member and sales growth
Own the growth strategy for our deals business across the UK, driving member acquisition, retention, funnel optimisation and hands‑on performance marketing.
Major events & venues
Plan and deliver on‑sale and integrated campaigns for GlasGLOW, Elfingrove, Drive‑In Movies and future events, spanning paid, social, PR, influencers and content.
Shape and deliver an annual marketing and onboarding programme for thousands of host businesses, using CRM and in‑person events at itison HQ to deepen relationships.
Work alongside our creative and execution teams to turn storytelling and content plans into high‑impact campaigns across all business divisions.
Data, performance & budget
Own marketing reporting and budgets, tracking performance and making insight‑driven recommendations to the CEO and senior team to maximise ROI.

We’re looking for someone who has led multidisciplinary marketing teams and individuals within a fast moving consumer‑facing business, ideally across digital, brand, performance, social and content. Previous leadership experience is essential, but not necessarily a current head of marketing role.
