This Senior Process Engineer position is working for a manufacturer in the Andover area. The working hours for the role are Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, and an early finish of 3:30pm Friday. The role is paying up to £50,000 depending on experience.
As the Senior Process Engineer, you'll lead the design, development and introduction of manufacturing processes for Power Electronics and Microelectronic assemblies, including tooling, fixtures and test equipment. You'll manage a small team of Process Engineers, ensuring projects are well-planned, resourced and delivered to a high standard. Working closely with the Product Development team, you'll drive early-stage process development using PFMEA and Design for Manufacture (DfM) principles. You'll define and manage process experiments to ensure capability and quality, while overseeing the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and promoting best practice across production.
