We’re looking for a technically strong and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer with solid networking experience to join a thriving IT services team supporting clients across the UK.
What you’ll do:
1. Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network-related issues
2. Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
3. Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
4. Deliver on-site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring:
5. Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)
6. Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure
7. Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
8. A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
9. A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach
