Job title: CRM Marketing Executive
Introduction:
The CRM Executive supports the CRM Marketing Manager by managing CRM workflows and deploying multi-channel CRM activities across service, transactional, and automation channels. The role involves supporting customer engagement and revenue generation, as well as briefing and activity design processes.
Salary: £31,000 - £41,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brief, build, and broadcast CRM service and automated activities, creating targeted workflows using segmentation and data to improve customer experience.
2. Test, check, and integrate creative and data considerations for campaigns to ensure system and process cohesion.
3. Ensure efficient delivery of CRM activities, utilizing existing and new system capabilities.
4. Create and maintain triggered transactional communications.
Requirements:
1. Experience with CRM systems such as Adobe Campaign or similar.
2. Experience in campaign analysis.
3. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer-focused environment with an understanding of marketing principles and CRM.
4. Experience in campaign proposition briefing and development of working methods.
