Part-Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Corby | Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, Monday–Friday, 4–5 hours per day) | Pay: £12.21 per hour
The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Corby. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent service, and working flexibly during the week.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.
* Contact new enquiries within 24 hours.
* Build and maintain customer relationships over the phone.
* Log orders accurately on company systems.
* Keep customer databases up to date in line with company guidelines.
* Support customer marketing campaigns and call workflows.
* Communicate customer needs and feedback to the wider team.
* Assist with additional reasonable tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* A caring and professional telephone manner.
* Strong data entry and database management skills, with great attention to detail.
* The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers, including older customers and their families.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A proactive, team-focused approach with good communication skills.
* Empathetic approach.
* Confident computer skills.
