The Role
We are immediately seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to support IRS' contracted clients throughout the Midlands and surrounding area with delivery of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation projects.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits. This is an office-based role working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Established in 1990 and currently experiencing a successful period of controlled growth, IRS carries out Service, Maintenance and Installation works on Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment at many sites across the Midlands region and beyond. Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator is tasked with managing and coordinating all elements of project requests that come through to our busy office. This role includes:
* Coordinate and support HVAC project activities from planning through execution and close-out.
* Schedule site visits, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work orders, schedules, job files, and compliance records.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion.
* Serve as the main point of contact between managers, technicians, suppliers, and clients.
* Assist with preparing proposals and quotations.
* Ensure all safety and compliance documentation is up to date.
* Attend project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
* Issue of commissioning reports and handover files.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Understanding of project workflows.
* Strong organisational skills with multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proficient in MS Office, Project
* Full UK driving license.
Desirable Attributes
* Preference to have previous experience in a coordination role within the HVAC, construction, or mechanical services industry.
* Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements with HVAC industry.
Package
* Basic salary from £26,000 per annum based on suitability and experience
* Salary based on 39-hour week
* Performance related bonus scheme paid twice per annum up to £1.5K per annum
