We are recruiting for an experienced and reliable multi-tradesman to join our team on a self‑employed basis. Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the field and will have access to their own vehicle and tools.
The candidate must be able to travel to multiple locations as there is no permanent set location of work.

Responsibilities
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within time frames whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Be able to follow instruction and read job sheets.
* Complete high-quality work in void properties across Southwest London and the home counties.
Essential Criteria
* Must speak fluent English.
* Must have a full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
* Must have access to own tools.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Must have a UTR number.
* Must be CIS registered as a subcontractor.
