As a Relationship Manager – you will be managing new development finance deals, building client relationships, and supporting the success of the lending team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support senior leadership on new borrower enquiries and relationship building
* Attend on-site visits to understand the full scope of development projects
* Prepare high-quality credit papers for Credit Committee approval
* Draft facility letters aligned with approvals and ensure full compliance
* Liaise with external solicitors, valuers, and monitoring surveyors
* Own the deal from credit sanction to drawdown—delivering best-in-class client service every step of the way
