Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey / Full Time
MBR Dental are assisting two independent dental practices located in Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager on a fixed term basis.
Contract details: immediate start with notice periods considered, 1 year fixed term, full time (40 hours per week), flexible working pattern, salary £40k per annum depending on experience. Potential for the role to become permanent in the future. You will be required to manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet.
Responsibilities
* Carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices.
* Marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPIs & P&Ls.
* Support clinicians to achieve their goals.
* Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams and manage conflict.
* Patient-orientated leadership and act as an inspirational team leader.
Practice details
* Both sites are 3-surgery practices with general dentists, specialists, and hygienists.
* Software: Dentally.
* Parking available at Byfleet practice.
Qualifications
* All candidates ideally have previous dental practice management experience.
* GDC registration is desirable.
