You will be reporting into the Head of Legal with key elements of the role to support transactions across the Middle East & Asia. You will be joining an established legal team and probably one of the best in terms of balancing pay, work/life, personal growth and overall job satisfaction.
Job Description
* This newly created role will see you take the lead on a wide variety of transactions/agreements across the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions.
* You will support trading and origination teams with tailored made solutions.
* You will also work on structuring and design for new products in existing and new markets.
* You will also offer hands on support for other topics such as commercial, compliance and project related matters.
Requirements
* Qualified Lawyer, 8 - 14 PQE
* Trained and qualified in a tier 1 law firm
* Background in Transactional / Project Finance / Development
* Experience in either the Middle East or APAC region
* Superb stakeholder engagement skills - essential
