The interior of this 4-star hotel now features exciting new eateries alongside 122 spacious and comfortable ensuite bedrooms, including a selection of large suites. Two bright and versatile event spaces, along with four meeting suites, provide the perfect setting for conferences and events of all sizes, from 5 to 200 guests.

About The Role
At the Plaza Hotel, our team takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high hospitality standards at all times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen and all back-of-house areas.
* Prepare and present food orders to a high standard in line with recipes and presentation guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section throughout service and complete close-down procedures according to company standards.
* Follow instructions from Management and support the monitoring of food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
* Ensure HACCP procedures and food safety standards are followed at all times.
* Maintain proper food storage, stock rotation, and waste control procedures.
* Ensure high standards of hygiene are observed during food preparation and storage.
* Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team and support colleagues when required.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience working as a Chef de Partie.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures with practical experience applying food safety standard.
* Previous experience in a four-star hotel kitchen is desirable.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Strong ability to work under pressure in a busy team environment.
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
