My client is seeking a Website Officer to join their Communications and Engagement team and help keep the website accurate, accessible and genuinely useful for the people who rely on it every day.
What you’ll be doing:
* Publishing and updating content using a CMS
* Supporting colleagues to create clear, accessible web content
* Monitoring performance and spotting opportunities to improve
* Helping shape projects that enhance the user experience
* Keeping everything aligned with our tone of voice and standards
* Running detailed reports and comfortable with analytics tools.
Ideal background:
* Experience working with websites or in digital communications/ project management.
* 2 Years+ experience in marketing, communications or digital.
* Prior experience of working within non-profit sector would be a bonus.
* Relevant degree in media or marketing related would be useful.
* Confidence using a CMS and managing digital content updates
* A good eye for user experience and accessible content
* Someone organised, collaborative and comfortable juggling priorities
