We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and driven Sales Manager to lead the daily operations of our dealership. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, and customer service.
* Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures of the dealership.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales to achieve and exceed targets.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards of presentation for both staff and showroom environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance companies, and suppliers.
* Monitor stock levels, order vehicles, and manage inventory effectively.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
* Provide training, support, and regular performance reviews for team members.
* Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in car sales management or a similar dealership leadership role.
* A self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent organisational skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and mentor a team.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Full UK driving licence.
