Duties
* Coordinate Daily Operations: Support warehouse, stores, and despatch functions to meet business and customer needs
* Check Inventory: Verify goods in and out against paperwork and stock systems
* Maintain Records: Accurately log stock movements, deliveries, and collections
* Package and Label: Prepare and label goods in line with customer and company standards
* Register Shipments: Record despatches using courier and internal tracking systems
* Report Issues: Communicate shortages, errors, or damages promptly to the supervisor
* Support Inspection: Assist with inspection and part marking when required
* Ensure Documentation Accuracy: Match certificates, route cards, and records to items correctly
* Maintain a Safe Workspace: Keep warehouse and stores areas clean, safe, and organised
* Assist Deliveries: Help coordinate deliveries to customers and suppliers
* Contribute to Improvements: Support ongoing safety and process improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working in warehouse, despatch, or logistics environments
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and paperwork
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and stock control systems
* Commitment to high standards of safety, service, and quality
* Forklift licence (desirable)
