Family Solicitor (Newly Qualified) role at TipTopJob. A new opportunity for a proactive Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience in Private Family Law to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF: 1571
Location: Wiltshire. Salary: GBP Competitive (DOE).
Responsibilities
* You will handle a varied caseload of high net worth, privately funded family matters to include divorce and financial remedy, Children Act applications, emergency applications and domestic abuse cases
* Advise clients with empathy and accuracy from initial instruction through to resolution
* Contribute to the continued growth of the Family Law department by delivering outstanding client care
Skills Required
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year's PQE in Private Family Law
* Confident in handling financial relief cases and working with high-value clients
* Passionate about delivering client-focused legal solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team
