About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Loughborough. Supporting young people aged 8 to 18, the role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
A key part of the role will involve fostering positive change to achieve consistently high standards, ensuring the home delivers the best outcomes for the children in its care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team to provide exceptional care and meet regulatory standards.
* Ensure a safe, supportive environment, maintaining compliance with safeguarding and Health & Safety policies.
* Manage the homes operations, including staff rotas, training, and performance appraisals.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve consistently high-quality outcomes.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in children's residential care.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and childcare regulations.
* Leadership skills and the ability to secure OFSTED registration.
