It enables smooth operations and timely decision-making across all governance activities. What you'll do Coordinate actions and follow‑ups across governance forums and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress. Collate and prepare governance materials such as agendas, slide decks, and decision summaries. Build effective, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally. Manage board‑level approvals and support compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and contractual requirements. Capture, document, and share minutes and decisions clearly across the organisation. Maintain governance meeting schedules, ensuring required participation and continuity. Support timely input into board papers, budgets, forecasts, and related planning cycles. Foster open communication, mutual respect, and trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
