Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Inspection Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work and a salary of £22,223.00 per annum. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Being the eyes of the business, attending properties to complete inventory, mid-term and check out inspections, creating comprehensive reports on findings Highlighting areas of attention required to maintain the property to the best standard, and being aware of any potential H&S / compliance risks, ensuring this is fed back to Property Management for immediate action Delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with tenants whilst on site to understand any issues they are experiencing with the property, ensuring this is fully documented We're looking for individuals with qualities such as: Excellent customer service skills Fantastic attention to detail Great communicator, both written and verbal Methodical, organised and detail orientated Comfortable with lone working Experience in property management/surveying/housing (desired but not essential) Driving license essential Here's what you can look forward to: Our smart spending app gives you discounts at over 900 retailers and our wellbeing centre is packed with resources to help you get active, eat healthier, improve your financial wellbeing, and master your mental health.
