We have a new opportunity for a Hygienist to join our specialist orthodontic clinic The Fabulous Smile Company, Merton CR4 1LU.
The Fabulous Smile Company - Merton is an established and respected specialist orthodontic clinic offering both NHS and private services, part of the Portman Dentex Group.
We now have an opportunity for an experienced Hygienist to join the team offering direct access, full scope services to our existing patient base with opportunities for none ortho patients also.
We can offer
* A brand new role where you will receive all in house referrals for Hygiene appointments to support those who are 1) wanting to begin orthodontic treatment 2) Are going through treatment and need to maintain good hygiene 3) have finished treatment and enjoyed your services so much they want to keep coming back. There will also be an opportunity for us to market your services as a direct access Hygienist within the practice to none ortho patients.
* We have surgery space available on either Mondays or Fridays
* As this is a new role we can begin 1 day a month / bi weekly whilst the books build. Increasing to 1 day per week
* Nurse support available
* A fantastic opportunity to lead on the service within a specialist practice environment
* The practice is modern with digital Xray and iTero scanner
* Located on a row of shops, the practice is close to the local pharmacy and Pollards Hill library, with free on street parking outside the practic
The ideal candidate
* If you are a GDC registered Hygienist OR a GDC Dental Therapist who enjoys working as a Hygienist we would love to hear from you
* This is an autonomous role, ideally suited to those who are experienced in direct access with exemption certificate training, radiography and indemnity for direct access
* The ideal of launching this service will greatly appeal to you, a chance to make something your own and receive all practice patient appointments
* Right to work in the UK is essential (sponsorship not available)
