Job Title: Semi-Senior / Senior Accountant – Chartered Practice
Location: Remote (with occasional office contact)

The Role
As a Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, supporting them with year-end accounts, tax, VAT, and cloud accounting. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, well-versed in practice life, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, tech-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a portfolio of SME clients
* Preparing corporation tax computations and VAT returns
* Producing management accounts and ad hoc reports
* Advising clients and building strong working relationships
* Supporting junior team members and reviewing work (if at senior level)
* Helping onboard new clients and refine internal processes
* Using cloud-based tools like Xero, QuickBooks, and Dext efficiently
* Playing an active role in improving systems and contributing ideas for ongoing development
What We’re Looking For
* ACA or ACCA part-qualified, finalist, or fully qualified
* Strong grasp of cloud-based accounting software and digital processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Self-motivated and confident working remotely
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client deadlines
