About Choices Homecare
We are seeking Care Service Providers who will embody our PRIDE values and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference. Choices Homecare are proudly part of the Optimo Care Group that supports service users across the UK with over 1,500 dedicated employees and a strong presence across multiple regions. We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care.
Working hours: A flexible approach is required for rotas which are operational 7 days a week between 06:00 - 22:00
Location: Rotherham
Key Responsibilities Of a Care Service Provider
* Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
* Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
* Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
* Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
* Supporting emotional well-being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
* Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
* Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.
What You'll Need
* A caring, compassionate approach.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
* Driving licence and own vehicle essential (We pay 30p per mile fuel allowance)
* Weekend availability (alternative weekends or 1 day per weekend).

To Note
* UK Driving Licence holder with access to a vehicle and the ability to provide business insurance.
* Located within 30mins of advertised locations based on urgency and provision of service to users.
