Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Participate in a comprehensive training program to understand our products, services, and the data cabling industry. Develop the necessary skills to succeed in business development.
* Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Learn to provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
* Support the business development team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Learn to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.
* Begin to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Assist in understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
* Help prepare and present proposals, assist in contract negotiations, and participate in closing deals. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
* Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
* Assist in preparing regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions. Learn to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Experience:
* Strong interest in data cabling solutions and telecommunications infrastructure.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
