The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established and respected law firm based in Canterbury. Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the administration of estates, including probate applications
* Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other legal documents
* Supporting solicitors with trusts and estate planning matters
* Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
* Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case files
* Handling correspondence with clients, HMRC, and third parties
Requirements
* Previous experience in a private client or similar legal role preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* A proactive and client-focused approach
