About the Position
We seek a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms. This role involves identifying impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social channels, editing videos, using AI for optimization, and engaging communities. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating content that resonates, gets shared, and captures attention. A deep understanding of content culture and what drives engagement is crucial.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, maintaining the podcast’s tone and style.
* YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
* AI content creation and curation: Plan and produce high-quality photo, graphic, and video content with AI tools, maintaining brand consistency.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content across platforms in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics via analytics tools, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with measurable increases in views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and analytics, with excellent reporting skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually appealing content, including thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to changing deadlines and content priorities.
