What You Will Do
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with organisational objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project specifications and quality standards.
* Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Ensure full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, prioritising health and safety.
What You Will Bring
* Engineering qualifications with significant engineering experience.
* Proven expertise in capital expenditure design, development, and implementation projects.
* Advanced capabilities in project management software.
* Strong financial planning and control skills, including budget preparation and cost tracking.
* Extensive experience managing projects under CDM 2015 Regulations.
