As a recruitment consultant, you’ll ultimately be responsible for finding and placing ‘good fit’ candidates into the right positions, with a wide range of employers.
You’ll manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing and engaging with candidates, assessing CV’s, conducting & organising interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding/providing aftercare. You’ll also build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and with candidates to guide them through career opportunities.
