We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team on the Anglian Water framework.
Location: Can be based in Norwich or Lincoln, with some home working available.
Hours: 45 hours per week, with some flexibility available. Please discuss your preferences when you speak to us.
In this role, you will work on the Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) framework, which spans multiple disciplines on Anglian Water's network, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation, focusing on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. The work involves new construction, replacements, or repairs across the region.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial team by managing all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
Your daily responsibilities include:
* Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
* Controlling costs, maximizing value, minimizing liabilities, and maintaining quality & safety standards.
* Providing commercial management within an embedded alliance contract.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you hold:
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
* Experience working on NEC frameworks.
* A full driving licence.
