Role
As a Regional Field Sales Manager for Red Bull, you will lead a high‑performing team of Field Sales Professionals, shape and execute in‑store sales strategy within the Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) channel, and drive growth across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver regional sales KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding execution of Red Bull LSR plans.
- Conduct field visits, performance appraisals, and development days.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at Red Bull LSR and Acosta to align on strategy and execution.
- Analyse KPIs and field data to optimise regional performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit and retain high‑performing Sales professionals, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
- Implement regional operational plans that support sales growth and team development.
- Control regional budgets, costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Contribute insight and feedback to drive innovation and new business opportunities.
- Travel extensively across the region.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or field sales management, leading a team to exceed targets.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility across the organisation and within the client base.
- Confidence in coaching, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercial awareness and ability to analyse and adapt sales plans.
- Organised, IT proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Full UK manual driving licence.
