About the 18 Tonne Driver role:
As our 18 Tonne Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers using an 18-tonne vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, maintain vehicle condition, and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Operate an 18-tonne vehicle with HIAB crane in accordance with safety and legal standards.
2. Load and unload goods using the HIAB crane, ensuring secure and safe handling.
3. Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
4. Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and signed by customers.
5. Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle.
6. Follow planned delivery routes and schedules.
