Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
* Maintain mechanical, electrical, air, and water systems to legal and safety standards
* Respond to maintenance requests and report faults via Helpdesk
* Ensure safe use of tools and materials in line with regulations
* Perform multi-skilled tasks including general handyman work when required
* Keep accurate records using digital systems
* Work independently and make decisions on system shutdowns when necessary
Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
* City & Guilds or NVQ in mechanical/electrical services
* Electrical qualification
* Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and safety legislation
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to work shifts and support out-of-hours rotas
