About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutor to support pupils in the Dudley area, working either in their home or within a school setting during school hours.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised support to pupils who may need additional help to re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions based on individual learning needs
* Support core subjects such as English, Maths, and other curriculum areas as required
* Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of needs, including SEN where appropriate
* Monitor progress and provide feedback after each session
* Work collaboratively with parents, schools, and other professionals

Requirements
* Teaching qualification (QTS) or a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience delivering the UK curriculum
* Experience working with children or young people (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or support roles)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, patient, and reliable approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

* Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Background in education, youth work, or pastoral support
