About SJH Group
SJH Group is an independent creative content and publishing house with a global outlook. Operating through Artifice Press, Black Dog Press, and SJH Studios, we produce high-calibre work across editorial campaigns, book publishing, brand strategy, and digital production.
Our projects range from policy-led publications and global summit partnerships to luxury lifestyle campaigns, architectural monographs, and film-led digital launches. We work with blue-chip brands, cultural institutions, universities, NGOs, and international organisations, delivering intelligent, design-led content across print, digital, and film.
From parliamentary briefings to major art books and UN-aligned documentary campaigns, SJH Group combines serious subject matter with creative execution underpinned by strong commercial thinking.
The Role
We are recruiting four Commercial Executives to join our in-house team in Tufnell Park. Youll be responsible for developing commercial partnerships across SJH Groups publishing, content, and campaign platforms.
This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role, not a call-centre or support position. Youll be engaging senior decision-makers, building credible commercial relationships, and contributing to projects with real cultural and societal relevance.
You will be expected to:
Research and engage senior professionals across design, policy, sustainability, education, infrastructure, and the arts
Introduce SJH Groups editorial and creative campaigns to prospective partners
Present confidently on phone and video calls
Build and manage a structured pipeline of opportunities
Work closely with editorial and production teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Who This Suits
This role suits someone commercially minded, articulate, and culturally aware, with a minimum of two years sales experience (B2B preferred).
You should be comfortable holding professional conversations, managing a pipeline, and being accountable for revenue. Experience in media, publishing, partnerships, or consultative sales is advantageous but not essential.
This is not a junior or support role. Its a genuine opportunity to build a long-term commercial career within the creative industries, with clear earning potential and progression for high performers.
