Position Overview
You will deliver comprehensive management and consultancy services for a portfolio of farms and estates. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and strategic direction of your clients' rural businesses, ensuring they receive expert advice and support at every stage.
Responsibilities
* Deliver management services for farms and estates.
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters.
* Provide strategic consultancy advice to rural businesses.
* Advise on land use and diversification projects.
* Draft and manage client budgets effectively.
* Identify and secure grant funding opportunities.
* Appoint and manage external contractors.
Requirements
* MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor.
* Experience in rural estate management.
* Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
* Ability to provide strategic consultancy advice.
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
