Responsibilities
* Deliver holistic cancer support remotely via telephone, video calls, and chat messaging.
* Engage with patients at key points in their journey, ensuring their needs are regularly assessed and addressed.
* Develop tailored support plans and provide psychological support and trusted information.
* Prepare and debrief patients for consultations and treatments, ensuring clarity on care plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care information while ensuring confidentiality.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and report incidents or concerns as per policy.
* Contribute to professional development and service improvements.

Requirements / Qualifications
* NMC registration with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
* At least 3 years of experience supporting cancer patients.
* Certificate in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) administration.
* Strong understanding of cancer pathways and safeguarding policies.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT systems.
* Flexibility and resilience in emotionally challenging situations.
