Are you a midwife with an interest in research, looking for an exciting opportunity to broaden your experience? We invite you to join the OUH dedicated Women's & Reproductive Health research team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact academic research, supporting cutting-edge studies that influence women's health outcomes. Full research training will be provided.
The responsibilities include:
1. Delivering high-quality care to clinical trial participants during research visits.
2. Collaborating closely with academic researchers, healthcare professionals, and the wider research team.
3. Ensuring accurate data collection and strict adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable populations and must comply with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020. A submission for Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service will be necessary to check for any previous criminal convictions.
Requirements:
* Proof of registration as an NMC-registered midwife with recent clinical experience.
* A strong interest in academic and clinical research.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Organized, proactive, and committed to high standards in both care and research.
